my previous plan was just to stay at home and try to get as much sleep as i can for i haven't been sleeping well for the past days. but mom and my sis insisted to go shopping, and who am i to resist? :D they went to GH and i decided to pass since i still have to sleep a bit more. they picked me up around 2pm and off to MOA we went. i was so darn sleepy that i hardly ate during our late lunch. i knew that my good lil sister would drag me around the mall and just the thought of that made me tired all the more. i've told myself that i'll just drop by Elianto to get "some" eyeshadows and brushes. so after hours and hours of walking around, and checking out most of the stores, we finally called it a day. and yeah, i did drop by Elianto. :) lookie...lookie...i got so excited that i got the 20 e/s palette, 3 brushes, fake lashes mascara and a brown eyeliner and the famous blush in Mauve. Eversince i discovered Mineral Makeups, i can't seem to stop buying online and from the local resellers. I've been sampling for what, almost a year? but thanks to sis sophie, my search for my HG mmu foundie finally came to an end. it's MONAVE of course, and im using caroline-paula shades :) yey! But i guess, it doesnt really end there. Now, i'm addicted to eye pigments too! and the thing is, for years of being a makeup junkie, i don't really wear eye makeups! but now, things have changed...or should i say, gotten worse? so anyways, here's a few of my e/s loots: These i got before the Thanksgiving Sale from Oceanmist. I got the saffron concealer (my HG mmu undereye concealer by the way) because my sample was just running out and i need to get a pot soon! And of course samples of their Deep Thoughts e/s collection. I almost wanted to hit myself right on the head when a few days later, came their Buy One, Take One promo! Arrghh...but of course, being an mmu-addict...

since this blog is new, i wanna start it with something i haven't tried before, hence this is really something new to me. (how corny is that!?) anyways, since i got addicted to mineral pigments and to make sure that i get to use or at least sample those i've bought...i tried to put on eye makeup everyday, even though this would mean getting a few stares from people in the office. i put on my makeup before i decide what clothes to wear so most of the time, i'm on a business-casual get up but with an eye makeup suited for a night out :D today, i decided to try neutrals. i am and i think will never be a fan of these shades but for today, just for the heck of it, i tried some of the samples i got from my mom who bought full sizes of these shades. be warned though, that i am "just" a makeup addict and not an expert so please forgive me for my EOTD attempts. believe me, i've been trying so hard...but i just cant blend these friggin' (but adorable) shades. and oh...
