i've been busy moving out of my apartment last weekend and moving back in with X...well, we decided that i occupy his place since he's leaving next month for work abroad (huhuhu...hmp!) last Sunday night he left for work and i was left alone to unpack my things and re-arrange stuffs. i spent more than 4hrs and well, was able to at least give ourselves some space where we can sleep. but i definitely had this part of the room arranged: my "makeup station" now i am really imagining having that lighted traincase/makeup mirror on top of that black TV stand (well, it used to be one) (sigh)

I must admit that the reason why i got this palette was because it's cute. the packaging is cute, colors are cute. period. i had no idea of its staying power but i did swatch a few before i bought it. after our OJT last saturday, sophie and i went to MAC glorietta to get some stuffs. i told myself that i'll only accompany Sophie but i ended up buying too. how come i can't say no to MAC? Fix+, Mineralize Skinfinish liquid foundation in NC25 and NC45, Blot powder in Medium and my freebies my MAC freebies: Fix+, Strobe Cream and my current HG wipes We also dropped by Rustan's Essences and got the following: Fasio cleansing oil, Color Institute makeup palette and NARS brush i snagged the brush because of my frustration to get a MAC 222 brush. boo-hoo! but well, i ended up liking it...good for more precise blending. my first NARS eye brush: excuse my dirty hands...been swatching when i took this picture my Color Institute palette: yummy, eh? I thought I'm done shopping for the week...but right after my OJT last Sunday, i again dropped by MAC. ARgh! right after our class last Saturday, me and sophie had to run to our first OJT. we thought we are to do makeup for a fashion show...we were really nervous and had no idea what would happen on our first ojt. questions like "who am i going to put makeup on?" and "what am i going to do?" kept running on our heads. i was so stressed that i ate like i haven't eaten for days when we had our short "lunch" before going to our ojt. it turned out that we would be doing makeup for a stage play...whew! that would mean we wont be really doing eyemakeup like what we've been dreading. i got really nervous that i became so talkative (than the usual..i am already talkative to start with anyways hehehe). and i forgot to take pictures, except for this one: Sophie and Aiza She did her makeup last Saturday while i did Joel Trinidad's . I went again on Sunday and did Aiza's and Rycharde's . it was a really fun experience...we may not have done serious make...

still using the PRIME look as our base look, we added contouring and highlighting and finally putting on 4-color (neutrals) eye makeup on our model last Saturday. for those who really know me, i bet you are imagining me really getting excited to the "colored eyeshadow application." but well, i need to be really patient.. :) my model last week is JAMIE, the very nice and very pretty (and sexy! damn, she's really a looker) fellow girltalker. she has pretty skin to start with...had no difficulty in putting on foundation and concealer...but darling jamie, you need to get more sleep okay. ;) here's jamie before any makeup... here's jamie after contouring: ...after highlighting: and JAMIE after the 4-color (neutrals) eyeshadow application...tadaaahhhh! she really is pretty!
