Vitapack's Beauty and Energy Packs...

I must admit that I hate taking vitamins, or any form of supplements/medicines. I get too lazy and forgetful when it comes to drinking medicines...or even vitamins. And with all the beauty and health concerns that we currently have, I don't think I am ready to take more than a dozen different capsules a day.

A pack has 3 easy to swallow capsules, and they are color-coded:

Orange, for slimming
White, for whitening

If you don't want to whiten your skin, it's easy...just skip the white capsule, or the orange one if you're already happy with your current weight. I don't think anyone would want to skip the antioxidant capsule, though!

Ingredients:

Calcium Ascorbate, a non-acidic form of Vitamin C, which means this can be taken in an empty stomach. It also helps to absorb glutathione quickly.

Slimming Capsule
Slimaluma, an extract from Caralluma fimbriata which is an edible plant used in Ayurvedic medicine, helps in reducing the cravings for food
Chromium picolinate, helps to increase metabolism and burn fat
Yerba Mate, a stimulant that aids in digestion

Antioxidant capsule
Garlic, known to have antimicrobial and cholesterol-lowering effects. When aged, it can be a powerful antioxidant that inhibits the growth of cancer cells
Green Tea, also a powerful antioxidant
Turmeric, has inflammatory and antioxidant components and help in treating arthritis, inflammatory conditions and possibly cancer

Obviously, the ingredients in this pack are well-thought of and definitely a result of thorough research and study. Even the packaging looks neat and well, not cheap. We all know that a lot of people are suckers for great packaging, so this is a definite plus!


A box consisting of 10 sachets costs Php650.oo. If you buy it in retail, it's Php65.00/sachet. And if compared to other beauty/health supplements available in the market, Vitapack is still cheaper. Imagine getting all 3 for its price?

I just started using this yesterday and so far, I haven't had any allergic reactions to it. I am taking this together with another supplement. Honestly, i'm taking this mainly because of it's slimming effect. And oh, you don't have to worry bout the "thing" when taking this for slimming, it only suppresses the appetite so this can be a bit slower as compared to taking laxatives where one would only lose mostly water.

Ingredients:

Coffee extract, an effective stimulant and does not give the "hard crash" experience after the effect wears off
Guarana, a plant with guranine, which can contain 3x the amount of caffeine as coffee. It helps to improve alertness, delays sleep, help with endurance-based activities and recovery from hangover...and it can also control appetite.
Green Tea, helps people to stay alert and improve cognition and sense of alertness. It has also been linked to lower heart disease, lower cancer risk and reduce risk of hardened arteries.


Memory Enhancer
Bacopa monniera, Brahmi is for rejuvenation of brain/nerve cells to assist in mental activity, brain function and nervous exhaustion. Bacopa is an anxiolytic (anti-anxiety and anti-fatigue) and improves cognitive function, memory, learning and recall.

This can be taken prior to studying, or any activity that would require physical and mental alertness. I have a friend who has been taking this for almost 2 weeks now and he said it definitely helps him stay awake despite him going to the gym before work. He doesn't have a hard time going to sleep at night and doesn't wake up feeling groggy. I haven't tried this though but because of its anti-anxiety properties, I am considering this on my supplements list as well.
