New stuff from Watsons..

It's no secret that Watsons is one of my favorite shops to go to. Heck, I can stay inside Watsons for hours without getting bored. Definitely it's a one-stop-shop for me...i can buy food, medicines, makeup and more! And lately, it's getting a lot more exciting to pay them a visit because they always come up with new stuff to offer.

In Java (Indonesia) brides-to-be are treated in a luxurious purifying treatment where their bodies are painted with Javanese Lulur made from finely ground rice, nuts, turmeric root, ginger, cinnamon and sandalwood powder. After the paste has dried, it will gently be rubbed off their bodies to exfoliate, polish and get rid off dead skin cells. This will be done 40 days prior to their wedding day. So yes, expect a brighter, whiter and smoother skin for the bride on her wedding day.

Of course, we no longer need to go to Java, or be a bride to experience this purifying treatment. Thanks to the PT. Gloria Origita Cosmetic for coming up with Purbasari Body Scrub which won the Top Award Brand in 2010. I've been using the Asian Secrets Lulur body scrub for months now and liking it, but of course it's always good to try new stuff.

Indeed, Watsons doesn't stop from offering us the best products out there. I won't be surprised if one day, those brands that we only get to read online and are available abroad will also be available here thru them.
