Play time with Caruso Professional Hot Rollers...

Image
After months since I got this as a gift, I finally had the time to play with my Caruso Professional Hot Rollers : Having straight hair since birth, I've always wanted to get those bouncy and luscious curls. I know some of you would hate me for saying that, because those with wavy, curly hair would want what I have right now. But it's just that I want to look different from what I used to...is that too much too ask? So don't hate me, okie? ^_^ I went home earlier last night so while preparing my dinner, I played with my hair using my Caruso hot rollers: ewww, oily face... as you can see, I don't really know how to use it properly. with the way I used the curlers, how on earth will I come up with the right curls!? (don't hate me Sophie , sniff sniff!) the result: it does look okay, but the curls don't fit me. i need those loose, big curls...the type that won't make my face look bigger than it already is! i didn't u...

Product Review: Dove Foaming Makeup Remover

Image
Oh yeah, another makeup remover review here. I do wear makeup almost everyday, so these babies won't be put to waste anyway. I'm a Dove user, I love their soaps and their facial washes. I just didn't know they have a makeup remover too until I was introduced to it (with other bloggers) during the most recent Watsons Beauty Lab. Dove Foaming Makeup Remover Transforms from liquid into an ultra fine foam, to effectively remove makeup. Works by effectively removing even the heaviest makeup including waterproof mascara, eye makeup and foundation How to use: Step 1: Simply squeeze three pumps of Foaming Make Up Remover into your hand and apply to your face (wet or dry) to remove even the heaviest make up. Step 2: Wash with a gentle moisturising face cleanser, such as Dove Beauty Moisture Facial Cleanser, to remove traces of dirt and restore your skin’s moisture balance. Step 3: Moisturise after washing, with Dove Protective Moisturising Lotion, to he...

Product Review: Clinique Take the Day Off Makeup Remover

Image
Clinique Take the Day Off Makeup Remover Totally tugless, two-way makeup remover speeds the departure of hard-to-remove eye and lip makeup. Dissolves and "lifts away" long-wearing makeup, even waterproof mascara. Non-irritating, non-stinging. Ophthalmologist Tested. Appropriate for contact lens wearers. Directions for Use: Shake well before using Saturate cotton ball with remover Cleanse one eye area at a time. Apply to eye area and hold for several seconds, then wipe with downward strokes. Use a new saturated cotton ball or tissue for lipstick removal. Rinse with cool water. I got this as a GWP during Shen's Clinique Party and I've been using it often if I'm using waterproof makeup...which I almost always do. I still love my cleansing oils but there are days when I have a lot of more time to cleanse my face. And when I do, I first remove my eye and lip makeup, then my face before finally washing my face. (excuse the oilies) waterp...

Love Shoes?

Image
do you love casual, fabulous pairs like this? or girly and gorgeous pairs like this? if your reply is a resounding YES, check out Denise Katipunera 's online shoe shop, Shoe Etiquette . Denise is one of the first fashion bloggers that I followed. I love how she turns her ukay finds to great ensembles. I also love that we hail from the same province. ^_^ She's now a proud mommy to an uber cute kiddo, and just looking at their family pictures make me green with envy. Her glow is a proof that she's living one very happy life. Why can't we all have that? Anyways, do check her online shop, I love all the shoes in there, too bad, most of those in my size are already sold out. Geesh, why was I born with tiny feet!? Even my sister has gorgeous pairs, but she's a size 9, and i'm a 5. RAWR!

Mosbeau Placenta All-in-One Set + Whitening Underam and Inner Thigh Cream

Image
Weeks ago, I received a gift from our friends in Mosbeau: Mosbeau Placenta All-in-One Set Mosbeau has developed an All-in-One facial skin care innovation, a concept that will put an end to tedious beauty regimens. The All-in-One set is all you need to get the beauty benefits of whitening, anti-aging, moisturizing, UV Protection and peeling. I must say their new offering is quite innovative, especially to those who hate to spend time piling beauty creams one after the other. Not everybody have the patience to do that, because well, it can be time-consuming. But of course, this doesn't mean they would be willing to forget to be beautiful. Mosbeau Placenta All-in-One Facial Soap and Mosbeau Placenta All-in-One Facial Cream Mosbeau Placenta All-in-One Facial Cream Enough with the tedious beauty regimens, the All-in-One is all you need to get the combined effects of facial lotion, beauty essence, moisturizer and sunblock for that flawless facial experience. ...

Shensaddiction's Clinique Party...

Image
Last weekend, I finally got the chance to attend Shen 's Clinique Party. As usual, I was running late and this is the scene I ran into: all these ladies are having a good time...there's a makeover, product consultation and of course, picture taking! It was my first time to attend a Clinique party and I was just so happy that it was with a good friend, Shen and of course, her readers! Shen is absolutely glowing...who wouldn't if you've just celebrated your anniversary with you fiance. ^_^ The last time I've been at a Clinique counter was years ago, so I went around checking out what they have to offer: I didn't know they have a men's line. I wish my man is as vain as me. It would be great to buy him stuff like this and make him use it. Imagine me saying "use this...then this...and next is this one..." LOL! their skintype analysis, using this would help you know what regimen would work for you more of their 3-ste...
