Shoe haul...

Image
I want to say I am not a shoe-holic, but when I saw my shoe rack and the number of shoe boxes of those I haven't used yet, I think I'm not gonna say anything na lang .  Less talk, less mistake. So yeah, no comment! (laughs) Okay fine. I am addicted to shoes.  But don't get me wrong, I am still not the Imeldific -type.  I don't think I have more than 30 pairs as of the moment..okay, not more than 50.  So yeah, I am not in anyway near to being like that.  And besides, the priciest I have would be my Melissa shoes.  Oh geez, I so love their shoes.  I remember I went wacko early this year that I bought 2 pairs in just one week.  I still have a number of their shoes in my wishlist, but for now, I think I would have to make tiis for a bit (I am trying to save up for another pricey purchase for my burday, that's why) and satisfy my cravings for shoes by buying cheap, but still cutey pairs. So where do I go for such pairs? To St. Francis Sq...

Rajo Laurel for SM Parisian and Milanos..

Image
Last September. Rajo Laurel , whose name equates to elegant and chic couture collections, launched his second collaboration with SM Parisian and his first with SM Milanos, which derive inspiration from the Japanese culture.  His comeback of Rajo! for Parisian features adventurously stylish wedges, boots, flats and heels for women while the premier Rajo! for Milanos introduces dapper casual and dress shoes for men. The event was Japanese in theme and the collections were featured with men dressed as neo-samurais and the women as modern geishas.  I was so equally amazed with the dresses (I wonder if Rajo would come up with such collection too in the future), the shoes and of course, the makeup!  I remember when I did a geisha look to my dear sister years ago.  Looking at how the makeup was done at the show, I know I was too conservative with my own geisha interpretation way back. (laughs) the genius, Rajo Laurel my gorgeous dates,...

New CROCS New YOU Styling Workshop with Laureen Uy...

Image
Last week, I got an invite from CROCS for their styling workshop with no other than Ms. Laureen Uy.  Imagine getting tips from one of the country's top fashion bloggers?  Who wouldn't be excited!? I got a few pairs from CROCS and honestly, I find it hard to match it with my outfits.  I prefer heels/wedges nowadays so I only get to wear my CROCS during my lazy, casual days.    NEW CROCS NEW YOU event at the Megamall Activity Center And boy, was I so happy to be able to attend...why? Here's why: Yes, they now have other "more fashionable" styles...they still have the first models of CROCS (remember those humungous pairs before?) but look, they now have wedges, sandals and heels! Laureen Uy of Breakmystyle.com I love her dress, it's neon green!   And yes, her neon bangles too! The Philippine winner of the New Crocs New You contest, Lia Espina-Lopez , was also introduced. She won over the 800 who participated...
