Don't you just love people who inspire you to do better and be the best that you can be? That's exactly how my good friend, Sophie, is to me. And I'm sure, to most of you too who know her. If you're a reader of my blog, or perhaps know me personally, you would know that I have celebrated my 18th...yes, 18th birthday last month.  (violent reactions are not welcome) you want proof that I did celebrate my debut last May 5?  okay,  here it is: see, that's me wearing a debutante gown!  LOL.   Kidding!  It was my birthday, but not my 18th, but 25th! (violent reactions are STILL not welcome!) LOL. And yes, I wore a gown but it's for a Stacruzan.  I am not sure if all of you are aware what a Stacruzan is, but I was actually harassed by my dear mom to be one of her sagalas.  And it was my first time!  I was supposed to be the Reyna Elena but I chickened out! LOL.  I was scared and embarrassed just by thinking that I'll be walking around our town wearing a gown and having to smile all the time.  Good thing I was with my dear friends and of course my family, who all patiently walked with me and made sure t...

I'm not a fan of tool belts...why? I seriously wish I could get away with wearing bright, colored lipsticks...but nah, I simply cant. I envy those who can just wear red lips and look polished...my face gets all red at some point, that I would look SO made up even with just lipstick. So yeah, I always end up wearing nudes...and well, pair my (almost) nude puckers with a bright eye makeup instead. I recently got a new lippie, which I've been using almost everyday. It's still not as bright as those shades I've been wanting to wear, but at least, it still has a lot more color than what I usually wear: NYX Matte Lipstick in Aubrey it's Pink...the exact kind of pink I can wear and still pair with my eye makeup! (excuse the sweat..ewww, LOL!) I love this shade. Like, LOVE IT TO BITS.
