It's been a while since I last posted an FOTD here.  I stay at home most of the time and even if I go out,   I don't really wear much eye makeup except for my usual winged liner.  So when I reached out for my eyeshadow brushes yesterday (for my Chelsea Grin look) I kinda thought I might have already forgot some things about blending.  But yeah, some things cannot be easily forgotten.  Though it surely helps to do some practice every now and then. Having said that, here's a look I came up with yesterday.  With Halloween just around the corner, I bet you are already thinking of what makeup look to wear for the parties you'd be attending. Have you ever worn orange red-toned eyeshadows?  For a time, I stayed away from them because they can make the eyes (or worse, the face) look swollen and tired. When used properly, these eye shadows can still make you look fresh and fab without having to look clown-y or haggard. hiyee...i'm glad that i was finally able to play with makeup once again. though this time, it's different from my previous sessions. if the previous ones have been inspirations from a MAC collection or something cutesy, this one would be about the emotional turmoil i've been thru for the past weeks. i was feeling angry and it's only hate that i can feel during those times. i wanted to take the negative vibes off my chest so i decided to express what i feel thru makeup...hence the dark (and emo-like) outcome. but don't worry ladies, the hatred i felt is all gone now. i'm back to my old self again :) dark confused.. emo! i want to break free mad..really mad! GRRRRRRRRRR. i hope you like it! tata!

Last Friday was a weird day for me...i dunno why, but it took me more than an hour to put on eye makeup. I erased my eye makeup 3x before finally settling on this look. But still, i wasn't happy with the outcome...it looks, hmmm...confused? LOL! anyways, here's my (confused) Happy Friday Look: MAC Too Dolly palette tata!

(pathetic title, no?) I'm back with another tutorial...and this time, it has a bit of colors as compared with my last tut. I tell you, i don't want to scare off my new officemates with my uber-colorful looks. i prefer to shock them bit by bit. hehehe 1. Apply eye primer on the entire lid 2. Apply AWG e/s in Compassion on the lid 3. Apply Aromaleigh e/s in Strawberry Despair on the outer lid 4. Blend 5. Apply Hoppin' (from MAC Heatherette Trio 1) as highlight and blend. 6. Apply MAC Stylin' (from Lucky Tom HK palette) on the lower lashlines, line upper lash lines with Stila smudgepot then curl lashes and apply coats of Mascara. Final look: hope you like it, dearies. muaaah!
