Oh yes, you've read that right. My addiction nowadays is not makeup, but rather these cute accessories from Plug and Clay. Mind you, aside from being locally made (Pinas), they are made from porcelain clay and are hand-made! I initially started with 50 pairs because I thought of giving these cuties as pasalubong to my friends when I get back in Dubai.  But after seeing them, I ordered another 20 pairs.   And since they come out with new styles so often, I don't think I'm gonna stop from ordering soon. ^_^ Check out some of their available styles:

Aside from makeup, I also love collecting accessories.  I'm not too big on it though, as I'm not really into the (real) bejewelled ones..at least not yet. ^_^ Here's a few of what I got for myself lately.. If you've been reading my blog for a long time, you'll know how I can go loco over the accessories section of Forever 21 in Megamall.  I think most of my accessories are from Forever 21. They have fashionable and affordable pieces and if cared for properly, can last you for a long time. 

It's midweek alreaddyyyy, yay!  Two more days and it's....another work weekend.  Sniff. Anyhoo, I just want to show you my latest loot from Forever 21.  I haven't been shopping for clothes lately since I still want to lose some pounds first.  So whenever I drop by the store, I don't go beyond their accessories section. I know, I'm way too old for this kind of necklace! But I don't care...besides, I sometimes think and act like a teenager!  And it's cute.  ^_^ I think I want my name on a pendant too! I think this one's for pa-cute moments. And this one, I really love: I think I'm over my "cross pendant" -phase.  Now I want hearts!  (And not just because it's the love month ha).  I want a heart locket pendant in real gold.  But just thinking about how much it would cost me, makes me realize I'll be okay with these kind of accessories for the mean time.   So cute di ba?  I wish...

Guess what I'm doing.. Texting?  Tweeting?  Facetime-ing? Nahh... I was asking my phone mirror "who's the fairest most vain of them all.." ^_^ Yes, my phone screen turns into a mirror when on lock-mode or when the light goes off.   At least now I don't have to bring out my mirror to check if my makeup's staying put. How convenient, di ba? I like changing my phone case,  but if I have a choice, I'd rather not put it in a case because I hate it when my phone becomes bulky.  This color film from Mercury is scratchproof, so phone's still safe as long as you don't drop it.  How cute is that! It's been a long time since I last shopped for accessories.  So when I was feeling a bit low last week, I just knew what I had to do: It was my first time to check out Pinkbox's accessories. I've been seeing some samples from Liz 's blog and they looked so cute so I paid their Megamall store a visit and got these.  I've known Pinkbox for having really cute hair accessories but now they also have chic fashion jewelries.   After reading a post about their hair puff from Liz, I just knew I had to get one too!  Ohh Liz, you are such an enabler! (laughs)   Will try this on myself soon! And of course,  my accessories' shopping won't be complete without a visit from my favorite store:   So there's my mini accessories loot...see, I'm being a good girl nowadays! ^_^

I know I've been told a lot of times already that I can score better deals on accessories from other brands.  But I just keep coming back to Forever21...stubborn?  Well, maybe...but can you blame me?  Their accessories are really cute, and surprisingly, they don't easily tarnish despite me being uber acidic. Oh yes, I got them both in silver and gold.   Crazy!   and to my surprise, they also have bellybutton rings now! I've been looking for bellybutton rings for a while now.  But haven't been able to see aside from the simple ones.  I used to get mine from Silverworks and those are the one with stones, and comes in different styles but they no longer have them now.  Do you happen to know where I can get those fancy ones?  Please let me know! ^_^

I love accessories.  I dunno when my addiction started, but I don't think a week passes without me getting at least a pair of new earrings to add in my collection. So when Ayra of Geraonline contacted me to tell me I'll be getting a few pieces of their accessories, I just got so excited. For I know I am in for a beautiful surprise. And as expected, I didn't get disappointed when they came:  kept in sturdy cardboards wrapped in cute lace, my heart skipped a beat when I opened them lace accessories from Geraonline (Thanks, Ayra!)  Queensland, Php375  Shandy, Php175  Shelly, Php175   Aren't they pretty?  They are my first lace accessories, and I don't think they would be my last.  These pieces definitely add a stylish and classy oomphh to an outfit. They are unique, and handmade too!  I got a lot of compliments with my lace necklace when I wore it to work.  They simple love how sim...

"I know I won't be one of those who'll get gaga over Forever 21!" -- Me. I'm sure I don't need to say that I've taken those words back... I love Forever 21.  Would you believe I even dropped by this store in all the malls I went to back in Dubai!?  Mr. X even asked me to visit other stores instead, since we already have this here in Manila.  But nope, I didn't pass on visiting the store whenever I see it.   And since I can't buy new clothes for now (need to lose a LOT of weight first), that won't stop me in satisfying my "cravings" so I ended up with these: Ahhh, a girl (like me) can never have enough accessories! There are lot of summer clothes already in Forever 21.  I would love to get some soon, so please (looks in front of the mirror) Jhengky, stop over-eating!!! 

...so I guess it won't hurt to do a bit of accessories' shopping again: I love this necklace. surprisingly, I didn't get any cross necklace this time nah, these are earrings..not bangles! well, it's just because some of my colleagues would say that my earrings can pass up as bangles ^_^ I'm also loving these great buys: that's 7 pairs of earrings...all for a reasonable price! I tried avoiding F21, but their accessories are just too cute! So can we end my accessories' shopping ban now? ^_^
