i sooo miss doing makeup! my new job doesn't allow me to do much...but hey, i still have the choice whether to go to work or do the only thing that makes me happy no? when Mich asked me if i want to do makeup for Nokia last December 3 at Shangrila, i said YES! but don't worry, in as much as i wanted to grab that E72 (a notch higher than my beloved E71 that was stolen from me...sniff), i can't! anyways, here are the gorgeous models i was able to work with: our beauties together with Michelle hopefully, i get more gigs next year... i want to do more makeuuuuppppp! thanks ladies!

'twas my first time, but she made it easier and a whole lot of fun. BAMBI my co-guest MUA geesh, i wish i have a room like this! 'twas a very tiring day...but i got so overwhelmed and really had a lot of fun that i skipped lunch and snacks! LOL. trust me, this is one thing i can do for the rest of my life. until next time...tata!

Another gig for Nokia...woot! yep, missed work to do makeup again (LOL!) and just like the first time, it was a great experience. i wouldn't mind doing this over and over again...indeed, makeup takes away the stress i get in the office. =) first time was last June 26 and then yesterday (July 9) both held at Makati Shangrila Hotel. i worked again with my two good friends...my co- mua, Jamie and hairstylist Michelle. can't remember the last time i had a shoot...so i was really excited last weekend for this fairy-themed shoot at one of our ecoparks here in the metro. too bad, it rained like crazy...but the shoot pushed through! here's a teaser... sorry for the crappy pic...i just used my camera phone :) more pics to come from our official photographers!

March 21, 2009 at Diamond Hotel another gig and again, for a wedding. but this time, i did the makeup for the groom's mother and his sisters. i must admit, i was nervous at first since it was my first time to work with clients with chinky eyes. but thanks to my super friend, S, for encouraging me and always believing in me :) i hope i didn't fall short of your expectations on me...muaaaah! working on Dianne Tita Tess and Cherish Ezralyn, Dianne and Cherish thanks to Tita Tess, Dianne, Ezralyn and Cherish...it was fun working with you. i've been waiting for this issue for months: ASIAN DRAGON (March - April 2009) because of this: ugh, misspelled my name again... =) we did this shoot last December 2008 at Manila Hotel. It was my first time to do makeup for a magazine photoshoot as a solo makeup artist (yey! thanks RB for this). as usual, i was nervous but thanks for the encouragement of my very good friends (you know who you are, ladies) i was able to finish the shoot without having a heart attack. LOL! the magazine gets published every quarter, so i've been anticipating the issue for months! sorry for the crappy pics...i don't have pics yet (got this from the magazine) but will upload them as soon as i have them. i loved working with these young people. i thought they were snooty at first, since they come from wealthy families but they are not! we were joking the entire time...i feel old though. hehehhe TOM AUDREY STEPHANIE TIM JOSEPH thanks to all those i've worked with for this issue. hope to...
