i know i posted a tutorial on how to do neutral eye makeup months ago...and this is just another one. please bear with me now since i'd be doing another neutral look...give me some weeks more and i'll be back to wearing COLORFUL looks :) for today's looks, i've used the following colors: 1 - Phenomenal (AWG) 2 - Amazing (AWG) 3 - Semi-matte brown (Monave) 4 - Pearl (Pure Anada) on with the tutorial: 1. Start by priming the lids, i've used UDPP 2. Apply the first color (Phenomenal) on the entire lids 3. Apply the second color (Amazing) on the outer half of the lid 4. Apply the 3rd color (Semi-matte brown) on the outer-V for more definition blend, blend, blend 5. Apply highlighter on the browbones and tearducts using 4th color (Pearl), line the upper lash lines with fluidline in Dipdown, curl lashes and apply mascara (Plush Lash by MAC). I know it isn't Friday yet...but who cares! I've been wearing a lot of neutrals lately, but it's summer and i want more colors! hmmm, maybe i can wear something really summer-y tomorrow? it's been a while since i last played with my loose mineral eyeshadows, and yep, i have tons of them! good thing i only got sample baggies (most of them i've transferred to pots) when i first got addicted to buying online a year ago. i remember getting a hundred of e/s shades and still call it "sampling." LOL.. honestly, i still want to get more. but i definitely need to stop myself from doing so. i have no idea how on earth i'd be able to finish all of them. last thursday, i reached out for an envelope which holds my Pure Anada samples (yep, i haven't found the time to take them off it) and since it's still not a Friday, i decided to go for a subtle non-neutral look. i finally got to try my Pure Anada samples i got weeks ago. i know...i know.it's been quite a while since i last ordered mineral makeup online. I think the last one was from Beauty from the Earth? I ordered their 20-pc sampler set because i got enabled by a few bloggers who featured the brand. I like all the colors i got and if only i don't have lots of samples to play with...i would've gotten more. i then promised myself to stop my mmu sampling. so, what have i been thinking that i again ordered samples and this time from Pure Anada ? well, again...i got enabled by the great reviews i've read. tee-hee. i've ordered some foundation samples and of course some blushes, finishers and eyeshadows. I still have a lot of mmu foundation samples i haven't tried, but i guess, the search for an HG foundation just never stops...don't you think so too? ;-) I've ordered samples of their foundations in Atlantic Bisque, Ivory chinook, Soft Wheat, Golden Harvest and Sunkissed Canadian. I just hope i'd be able to find ...
