It's midweek, yey! A few more days to go and it's weekend again.  I am so looking forward to the weekend since I'll be hanging out with my girl friends. With the humidity and the scorching sun, it's undeniably summer already!  (Though it's been like this most of the time all year round)  You know how much I love colorful, dark makeup, but I wanted to come up with a look that is light, fresh and perfect for summer.  Here's my attempt, using Shu Uemura products from their S/S Collection 2012: Celestial Garden. as you all know, I'm a jeans/shirt kind of girl. on days that i know i'd be walking around a lot, or won't be having any meetings at work... i'd rather be in jeans, shirt and my trusty Melissa shoes : besides, my colleagues would throw jokes on me whenever i'm wearing a dress or a skirt. guys would ask me if i'll be watching a movie after work, or a date. geesh, what's with dresses/skirts got to do with watching a movie? ^_^ and here's another easy look on days that when I'm in a hurry (but still late) coming to work: a single shade of mineral eyeshadow, eyeliner and mascara for an easy eye makeup i take a lot of time doing my eye makeup when I'm blending multiple colors. using a single shade of mineral eyeshadow gives the illusion of using a number of colors and saves me a lot of time. i still wish i can go out without makeup on....it'll definitely save me a LOT of time and my ass from losing my job for coming in to work late ALL THE TI...

there are times when you'd plan to go out for dinner/drinks after work. and some (like me), are just too lazy to change from office clothes to an after-office attire. at times like that, i'd make sure i would wear something that wouldn't look too casual for work and too formal for a night out. a jacket/blazer over a simple sleeveless top and a pair of jeans made of soft fabric and a very comfy high-heeled sandals would be my best bet. sleeveless top Jacket from Oxygen Jeans from Penshoppe Shoes from Melissa (Malika) this jacket is ! after office, you can just take off the jacket to look a lot more casual for a dinner-movie date with your girl friends my EOTD: tata!

last week, we had a break from work on a weekday. I took advantage of the break to do my errands that have been piling up for weeks. I would usually wear a skirt, a shirt/blouse and a pair of flats so i can go from one errand to another...but i remembered this pink loose polo shirt that I got some 2 years ago, which i only got to wear once. 'twas terrible that first time i wore it...i looked so big and short LOL! so after i got it back from the laundry service, I put it under my stack of clothes, with the intention of not wearing it ever again. but I got inspired by those who can wear loose shirts with a pair of leggings. i tried to look for my black leggings, but i wasn't able to find it...hmmm, i bet my sister has it!
