Jheng! What have I done wrong here? I've placed an order with a total of $97.95 but I didn't get the 20% discount nor the free shipping. Have I missed something or what? There was no field prompting me to enter the promotion code. Ahhh! It sucks!

Gracie, there is a "Coupon Code" box after the last item you have in your shopping bag and you put in "SUM20" then click OK.
i am also thinking if i should get some... but the shipping is so damn expensive!!! *US$19.95*
