just another smokey eyes for my happy friday looks...

like what Sophie posted weeks ago, mineral eyeshadows are still easier to blend as compared to using pressed eyeshadows. unlike its pressed counterparts, blending these loose pigment is a breeze. that i have discovered more than a year ago when i started using minerals. i was never a fan of eyeshadows back then, since i was really having a hard time blending. well, i never knew what blending is all about not until i started applying eye makeup! then i discovered the power of good brushes...and the rest is history. LOL

anyways, last Friday, i got to play with colors again. i am guilty of not being able to use my mineral e/s for quite some time now. i really missed playing with them...maybe i would need to press some that i have. but then, that would mean i would need to buy empty palettes and more pigments? hahahha

now, on to my looks...

EYES:

PAC Brow kit in Dark topped with MAC Girl Boy
Too Faced Shadow Insurance
Milan Minerals e/s in Passion Play on the inner 2/3 of the lid, Sweetscents e/s in Midnight on the outer-V and outer crease
MAC Plushlash Mascara
MAC Technakohl liner on the waterlines

FACE:

Smashbox Photofinish light
Cinema Secrets concealer on the undereyes (topped with OM Saffron concealer), sides of the nose and blemishes
Monave foundation in Caroline topped with Buff'd foundation in Lace
MAC Sculpt and Shape for contouring
The Face Shop blush in Pastel Pink
MUFE HD loose powder as finishing powder

LIPS:

MAC Peachstock

oh yeah, it's another smokey eyes! told yah, i am so running out of new color combos. or maybe i am missing neutrals since i get to wear a lot of neutrals lately? hell, no! LOL.

sigh.

i really wish i can get to play with minerals again. i wish they are not that messy so i can bring them to my gigs.
