Foodtripping at Cookbook Kitchen...

last year, we had this agreement among my friends here in the office that we'd go out weekly to try out restos. our love for food, aside from our common angsts about our work, made us close. at least now, i no longer feel alone when i'm at work.
(cheesy!)

our first stop?

COOKBOOK KITCHEN

Isang, April, Kris, Anton and Weng
(guess who's behind the cam..lol)

we've tried most of the bestsellers in their menu, and we didn't regret it!

Lemonade, Php50.00

Squash Soup, Php120

bread (came with the soup)

Pasta Al Adobo, Php260.00

CBK Chicken, Php290.00

Honey Mustard Pork Steak, Php 240.00

Parmesan Crusted White Fish, Php240
(we made sure we tried this since this is the most raved dish in their resto...we ordered two!)

Peaches and Cream Overload, Php160.00

Kittin's Scarlet Cake, P120.00

honestly, i am not sure with the prices. i just checked their website, but i think it's been 2yrs since they last updated their menu. so please correct me in case i'm wrong.

i must say that the price we paid for our total bill (Php2650++) is really worth it! there's not a single dish that we didn't love and we've been telling ourselved that we would go back even before we finish dinner. the most fave is the Pasta and the pork chops.

ambiance is good, you can bring your date here. staff are friendly and accomodating. they even have people to assist you with parking. great service, i must say!

just a warning though, it's hard to find their location. we got lost and we even heard most of the customers that night complaining about how hard it was to find their place. they should've put bigger signs on the road. but what the heck, i won't mind getting lost over and over again if that would mean satisfying my cravings for good food!
