Because of the calamitous monsoon rains last week, a lot of our fellowmen suffered. As of today, it has been reported that the total population count that has been affected rose to 3.5M in which more than a million are in evacuation centers. A lot of areas are still under a state of calamity too.
In line with this, ZALORA will be having a fundraising event on August 15, Wednesday at 8pm at Skye Lounge in Bonifacio Global City entitled Fashion Fights the Floods. There will be a Php250 entrance fee that will go directly to the following charities: World Vision, Hope in a Bottle, Rizal Relief Operations and Sagip Kapamilya. Some of the country's renowned bands will also be there to perform.
KC Concepcion will also be selling some of her own stuff, in which all proceeds will be donated to the charities as well.
